Managing Director, Paul Sarich, began his career in the construction industry 25 years ago, when he began working in the family owned and operated commercial concrete business. From this experience, he built a wealth of knowledge around quality and technical excellence in construction. His passion and leadership is the foundation in SARICH Building’s ongoing customer focus and ability to produce quality commercial and industrial buildings.
Paul started Sarbuild in 2006, his vision was to grow a business dedicated to understanding his client’s needs and providing an enjoyable construction journey, which delivered in expectations, quality and a highly marketable asset for many years to come.
Not only did this vision establish a thriving business at the forefront of industrial building in the Perth metropolitan area, but Paul also established himself as a developer in his own right. This experience and knowledge provides Paul with an innate understanding of his clients’ and customers’ needs and the ability to provide informed and valuable advice to optimise development facilities design and operational efficiency.
In 2021, Sarbuild rebranded to be SARICH Building, with a vision to take the company to a new level of scale and excellence. With this change, SARICH Building remains dedicated to construction of the highest standards and building lasting relationships with our clients.
As we have grown our business, we have continued to build strong relationships within the property development, design and building sectors; with customers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. In many cases, these relationships have extended for over 10 years and are still going strong. Testament to the quality of our buildings we produce and the genuine respect we show to all our customers and service providers.
Sarich & Sons was Founded
A Perth based family business was established providing quality industrial floor slabs to the Perth Market. In 2000, S Sarich and Sons became the first to introduce the Laser Screed and Ride on Power Trowel to their business operation.
Sarbuild
In 2006 Paul Sarich became a registered licensed builder in his own right and opened for business Sarbuild. Producing industrial developments for many repeat clients for many years.
Sarich Building
In 2021 Sarbuild rebranded to SARICH Building paying homage to the SARICH family name. SARICH Building with a new leadership team supporting Paul Sarich, developed and executed its new vision and mission.
Industrial Projects
In 2023 SARICH Building completed its largest build to date with developer Coxon Group and later in 2023 commenced our first project in the Jandakot Airport Precinct for our client.
